To add items to a quote in the Mobile Quote app, go to the My Quotes screen and tap on the quote to which you want to add the items.
Rooms and Systems Views
You can add items in the Rooms view or the Systems view. By default, you will see the Rooms view of the quote.
In the Rooms view, you will see the rooms in the quote along the top and the systems listed vertically, one below the other. You can scroll right to see all the rooms. These rooms come from the Project Type you have selected for the quote.
In the Systems view, the systems are along the top, and the rooms are listed vertically, one below the other. You can scroll right to see all the systems. To see the Systems view, tap the Systems button at the bottom.
Add Items in Rooms View
1/ Tap the Rooms button at the bottom to go to the Rooms view of the quote.
2/ Tap on a room to which you want to add items.
3/ Tap Add Items in the system relevant to the item. On the right, you will see the item drawer where you can add items from the Mobile Quote catalog.
In the item drawer, you can do the following:
Tap on an item to add it.
Search for the item, tap, and add it.
Scroll down to the Item categories relevant to the system, go down the subcategory, tap, and add the item.
Toggle to All Items if you cannot find the items you want to add under Suggested Items.
4/ If you want to add an item to multiple rooms, tap and hold the item. You will see an interface listing all rooms and the option to set the quantity of items for each room.
5/ Once you have added one or more items to a room, tap X to close the item drawer.
Add Items in Systems View
To add items in the Systems view, tap the Systems button at the bottom. The steps are identical to those for adding items in the Rooms view.
Tap on a system relevant to the item and add the items from the item drawer. If you tap and hold an item, you can add it to multiple rooms.
Edit an Item
To edit an item, tap on it, and you will see a details modal. You can change the quantity, price, and labor, and even add a comment.
