You can access the Snippets setting in the Control Panel to define and manage the snippets you want to use throughout SI.

Snippets allow you to add "boilerplate" text to fields in SI. Snippets save you time by allowing you to reuse text in the text fields in SI.

To access the Snippets setting, click the following icon.

This will open the following form.

You can add as many snippets as you would like to.

To add a new snippet:

1/ Click New.

2/ On the form, add a name and select a Snippet Group. Selecting the group is optional.

3/ Click Save.

Snippet groups allow you to organize your snippets. To create a snippet group, click the Snippet Groups icon, click New, and add a name for the group.

In any text field in SI, you can use an existing snippet or add a new one.
