You can explore the Product Price Rules settings in the Control Panel to add and manage product price rules.

Product price rules allow you to create formulas to apply to products in your SI catalog or projects to change any pricing related to products.

You can also create "Product Price Rule Groups" to apply multiple product price rules simultaneously. Product price rules and Product price rule groups are global, meaning they will be shared with all users automatically.

To access the Product Price Rules settings, click the following icon.

This will open the following form.

You can add as many product price rules as you would like to.

To add a new product price rule:

1/ Click New > Price Rule.

2/ On the form, do the following.

a/ Select a Destination field from the following.

b/ Select a Source field from the following.

c/ Select an Operation from the following.

d/ In the Value field, set a value based on the chosen operation.

e/ In the Name field, enter a name for the rule or select Set price rule name automatically to set the rule name to the formula used for the rule.

3/ Click Save.

Product price rule groups allow you to apply multiple product price rules to products and choose the order in which they are applied.

To create a product price rule group:

1/ Click New > Price Rule Group.

2/ In the form, do the following.

a/ Click Add and add multiple product price rules.

b/ Use the Move Up button and the Move Down button to reorder the added rules.

When applied to products, the rules will be applied in the order set in the price rule group.

3/ Click Save.

You can apply product price rules to multiple products in the Product Explorer via the Tools tab.
