The SI integration with GreatAmerica, a nationwide provider of commercial equipment and technology financing, allows you to include financing options from GreatAmerica in SI projects.
GreatAmerica currently only facilitates financing transactions for commercial projects, not residential ones.
To enable and configure the integration, click the following icon.
Enabling the Integration
Once you click the icon, check the Enable Integration check box and enter your dealer key from GreatAmerica.
Using the Financing Options
Once enabled, you will see the following option when running Proposal, Line Item Detail, or Quote reports.
This feature can be used in conjunction with service plans by checking the Include Service Plan in report option.
All your service plan items on the selected service plan must have a frequency of "Monthly."
If your service plans include items with a non-monthly frequency, you will be prompted to edit the service plan before proceeding.
Once you choose to run the report, the following interface will open. You can select your rate cards and other options.
The rate cards and options will vary in your interface based on your setup in GreatAmerica.
If you have filtered the report from within the Project Editor, the filtered price will be displayed in addition to the project total for your reference.
If you have chosen to include a service plan in the report, the GreatAmerica Financing Options form will display the value of all service plan items.
When you click the Calculate button, GreatAmerica's calculated values for your chosen options will be displayed on the following form.
Here, you can select up to four payment options to display on the report. You can move the options up or down in the list to choose their order. These details will appear above the signature lines at the end of the report.
There are Report settings to change the display headers and description text.
