You can access the Meeting Objectives setting in the Control Panel to create the meeting objectives for Mobile Quote. Once created, the meeting objectives will be synchronized with Mobile Quote.
To access the Meeting Objectives setting, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
Add and Manage Meeting Objectives
You can add as many new meeting objectives as you would like to.
To add a meeting objective, click New and add the name and content on the form.
You can type or copy and paste content from other sources into the Content field.
You can use snippets if you wish.
You can insert fields such as companyname, clientname, and targetbudget into the Content field. These will translate to the actual values when meeting objectives are used within Mobile Quote.
Meeting Objectives in Mobile Quote
In the Mobile Quote view, meeting objectives are selectable when creating a new quote.
They display when approving a quote.
