You can access the Schedule Status setting in the Control Panel to manage the schedule statuses for tasks and service orders.
To access the Schedule Status setting, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
SI has four preset states for schedule statuses: Open, In Progress, Completed, and Deferred. All new statuses you add should be mapped to one of the preset states.
Add and Manage Schedule Statuses
To add a new schedule status:
1/ Click New.
2/ In the new row for the status, do the following:
a/ Add a name for the status and map it to one of the preset states.
For example, you could add a new status, "For Review," and set it to the preset status, "Completed."
b/ Set the back color and fore color for the status.
The back color and fore color settings are displayed on the calendar, in the column for status in the Task Explorer and Service Order Explorer, and in task BA and service order BA.
3/ To reorder the statuses, use the Move Up button and the Move Down button.
4/ In the Mobile Install section, select which status should be assigned to tasks and service orders when the technician moves them to "In Progress" or "Completed" in the Mobile Install app.
5/ Click Save.
Schedule Status in Tasks and Service Orders
In the Task Explorer and Service Order Explorer, there is a Status column you can filter by the various schedule statuses.
