You can access the Service Order Priorities setting in the Control Panel to create a list of priorities for service orders.
The Priority field is displayed in the Service Order Explorer and Mobile Install.
To access the Service Order Priorities setting, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
To add a new priority:
1/ Click New.
2/ In the new row, add a name for the priority.
3/ To reorder the priorities, use the Move Up button and the Move Down button.
4/ Set a priority to be the default priority when a new service order is created.
5/ Click Save.
