You can access the Service Plan Features setting in the Control Panel to define the features used in service plans.
Service Plan features are intended to be displayed as a bulleted list of benefits included in the service plan. They will be displayed on the Service Plan report. No pricing is associated with service plan features.
To access the Service Plan Features setting, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
Add and Manage Service Plan Features
You can add as many service plan features as you would like to.
To add a new feature:
1/ Click New.
2/ Add a name and description for the plan. You should add a comprehensive description of the feature.
3/ Click OK.
Features in Service Plans
You will add features to service plans in the Service Plan Explorer. After adding a feature to a plan, you can edit its name and description.
