When you run a report for a project with pending change orders, you can decide whether to run the report for all approved items in the project or run the report for a pending change order.
There are no specific Change Order reports in SI.
Run Reports for Change Orders
When you run a Proposal, Line Item Detail-style, or Quote report for a pending change order, the title "CHANGE ORDER" will be displayed on the report.
You can change this wording as part of a Report setting in the Control Panel.
To run a report for an approved change order, open the change order from the Change Orders tab in Project Explorer and run the report.
Include Change Order History
When you run a Proposal, Line Item Detail-style, or Quote report, you have the option to select the "Include Change Order History" option to include the status, approval date, and price of all change orders in the project.
The generated report will include a page on change order history.
