How to run and use the Change Order History Report

This article describes the Change Order History report.

Header

Here, the company information, report name, client name, and client address are displayed.

Body

The fields displayed are Name, Change Order Number, Status, Approved On, and Price.

This is followed by a Summary section displaying the total for each change order statuses: Approved, Pending, Rejected, and Internal.

Displaying Hours

There is a parameter that you can set if you want to display a column for hours. Right-click the default report definition No Grouping, click Edit Report Definition, and select the parameter.

Customizing the Summary Section

By default, the Approved Project, Approved Change Orders, and the Current Project pricing and hours will be displayed.

You can choose whether or not to display Approved, Pending, Rejected, or Internal change orders in the report via Report Settings.

Page Footer

Here, the project name, project number, revision number, date printed, and page number are displayed.

Appending with Other Reports

You can also choose to display change order history at the end of Proposal, Line Item Detail, and Quote reports.

Change Order History Report in Project Explorer

Another way to view the Change Order History within SI is to open the view from the Project Explorer > Change Orders tab.
