How to run and use the Check List Report

The Check List report displays a list of Items involved in a project. It is intended to physically verify equipment or wire availability or the procurement status on paper.

Check List Report Variations

This report has three variations: Check List, Check List (Bulk Wire not Ordered), and Check List (With Order Status).

Check List

The fields in this report are OK (check box), Location, System, Manufacturer-Model, Component ID, Category, Subcategory, and Comments (line).

Check List (Bulk Wire not Ordered)

This report requires that you set your Bulk Wire to "Not Ordered."

The fields in this report are OK (check box), Manufacturer-Model, Part Number, Order Status, Wire Length, and Comments (line).

Check List (With Order Status)

This report requires the use of Order and Install fields.

The fields in this report are OK (check box), Manufacturer-Model, Component ID, Order Status, Wire Length, and Comments (line).

First Page

In all three variations of the report, the client information, report name, and the modified and revision information are displayed on the first page.

Body

The fields displayed in the Body depend on the variation of the report you choose to generate.

This example is a Check List report run "By Location."

The report definitions for these reports have the following parameters, the default being not to show OFE or labor items in the report.

You can also choose how you want bundled cable displayed and whether to include allowance items.

Page Footer

The footer displays the project number and page number.
