How to run and use the Detail Cost Summary Report

The Detail Cost Summary report displays the costs and prices of equipment and labor, and the profit and margin for the project.

Header

Here, the client information, report name, and modified and revision information are displayed.

Body

The fields displayed in the Body are Cost (Equipment), Price (Equipment), Margin (Equipment), Cost (Labor), Price (Labor), Margin (Labor), Misc. Parts Adjustment, Product Adjustment, Labor Adjustment, Cost (Project), Price (Project), Profit (Project), and Margin (Project).

There are grand totals for each column.

This example report was run "By Phase."

Use tax is not included in the cost fields on this report by default. There is a Tax Setting if you want to include Use tax with your cost.

Page Footer

The footer displays the company name and page number.
