Service Orders Overview

An introduction to the Service Orders functionality

Service Orders can be created to schedule work to be done for a client. Resources, usually installers, can be assigned to service orders along with the equipment to be installed.

Emails, tasks, and appointments can be exported to Outlook. Appointments can be exported to Google calendars and Outlook.com calendars.

Service orders can be used in conjunction with the optional product Mobile Install.

Service orders can also be associated with Service Plans.

Service orders are managed in the Service Order Explorer.
