How to use Service Order reports

You can run a variety of reports for service orders. You can open a service order to edit and run reports for a single service order.

You can run reports for multiple service orders simultaneously via the Reports button in Service Order Explorer.

Either option opens the list of Service Order reports that you can run.

Service Order

The Service Order report displays information about the service order and any added repair items, labor items, and products.

This report has parameters that can modify how these reports are displayed.

Right-click the report and choose Edit Report Parameters.

Parameter

Description

Display resources (with actual hours)?

This will display the resources on the task and list their actual hours.

Show Mobile Install Signature?

This will display the signature from the Mobile Install (MI) interface.

Show Mobile Install Site Notes?

This will display the site notes from the MI interface.

Show Mobile Install Site Images?

This will display the site images added to the service order in the MI interface.

Show Mobile Install Time Sheet?

This will display the time sheets for the resource(s) on the task.

Show Checklist?

This will display the checklist.

Service Orders Cost Summary

The Service Orders Cost Summary report displays pricing and cost information for labor items and products added to the service order.

Service Orders Labor Costing

The Service Orders Labor Costing report displays the estimated resource hours (based on the duration) and the actual resource hours (based on input actual hours) for the service order.

Service Orders Schedule (By Progress)

The Service Orders Schedule (By Progress) report is generally run for multiple service orders and displays scheduling information for the selected orders grouped by progress and status.
