An introduction to the SI User view of the Customer Portal

This article explains the SI User view of the Customer Portal.

Email Notifications

When you share documents with a recipient for the first time, you and any of the other "users to notify" (who have not already themselves shared documents) will receive an email with login credentials, as shown in the image below.

Logging In

When you click the Sign In button, a browser will open to the login page for the Customer Portal.

You will be prompted to reset your password when you log in for the first time.

Interface Tour

Once logged in, the interface will look similar to the image below.

The documents will be displayed as "tiles" in the center of the page. There are filters on the right side of the page.

You can search for documents as well.

In the upper right corner, there will be an icon with the user's initials.

Clicking this will allow users to update their profile, change their password, or log out of the Customer Portal.

The editable field for the profile is the name.

Viewing Documents

Click on a document tile to view it.

The document will be displayed.

There are navigation controls at the bottom of the interface.

On the left-hand side of the interface, you can view the document and add comments.

The History tab displays other actions, such as viewing, accepting, or rejecting a document.

Shared Documents Log

You can click the Shared Documents Log button to view the details of all documents shared to the Customer Portal.
