User Permissions Did Not Update

The issue being discussed in this article is:

Although you changed a user's permissions, the permissions haven't been applied.

The following is the cause:

After the permissions are updated for a user, the user must log out and log in to SI.

The following is the resolution:

The user must close out of the SI Client and then reopen it.

If you cannot resolve this issue, please open a Support Ticket.
