Visio Rack Shape Looks Weird

The issue being discussed in this article is:

You drag a rack to an Elevation page in Visio, and it looks like this:

The following is the cause:

The Rack Units field for that product is null or incorrect.

The following is the resolution:

1/ Double-click the rack shape to open the Edit Product form.

2/ Click the Specifications tab and fill in the Rack Units field.

3/ Save and Close the product, and the rack shape in Visio will look as expected.

If you don't know the rack units off-hand, you can find that info in one of the Description fields for the product.
