TRXio is a third-party software that manages your product inventory. The integration between SI and TRXio allows customers to export SI projects to TRXio, eliminating double data entry and making it easier to manage their product inventory.
You will need a TRXio account to enable the integration.
Enable Integration
Do the following to enable the integration.
1/ In SI, go to Start > Control Panel, then double-click TRXio under Integrations.
2/ Select the Enable Integration checkbox.
The SI API Key field will be automatically populated.
3/ Click the Copy icon next to it and click Save.
4/ Log in to your TRXio account.
5/ Click the Settings button and then the Configuration link.
6/ Click the Integration tab, toggle the button to Yes for D-Tools SI, and paste the API key in the API Key field.
The integration between SI and TRXio is now enabled.
Export Projects
You will need to export an SI project individually and import it into TRXio.
1/ In SI, go to Project Explorer, select the project you wish to export, click the Integrations tab, then the Export button.
The project must be checked out to you to export.
2/ The project will either export automatically or, if connected to multiple third-party integrations, you will be prompted to choose where to export the project.
3/ Select the checkbox next to TRXio and click Export.
You will get a confirmation once the project has been exported.
4/ Log in to TRXio, click the Projects button, and select D-Tools Import.
A window will open showing all exported projects.
5/ Click the Import button next to the project you wish to import.
If any products in the project do not already exist in TRXio, you will be prompted to create them before importing the project.
6/ When you click Start, you will be prompted to create the missing products in TRXio.
Once all the products are created, you will be prompted to create any other missing fields before importing.
7/ The D-Tools Project Details window will open, where you can make changes as needed.
8/ When ready, click the Import button.
Once imported, you have the option to view the project.
Export Purchase Orders
You will need to export a SI purchase order individually and import it into TRXio.
1/ In SI, go to Purchase Order Explorer, select the purchase order you want to export, and click the Export button on the Integrations tab.

4/ Log in to TRXio, click the Labeling button, and select Import from D-Tools.
Here you will see a list of all purchase orders that have been exported.
5/ Click the Import button next to the purchase order of choice.
If any products on the purchase order do not exist in TRXio, you will be prompted to create them before importing the purchase order.
