You can use the Assign Product and Category feature to assign a product, category, and subcategory to a Visio shape.
1/ On a Visio page, right-click the shape, and click D-Tools > Shape > Assign Product and Category.
The Assign Product and Category to Shape form will open.
2/ Choose whether you would like to assign this shape to the particular product, and the category and subcategory of the product.
You can also make any additional changes to the Shape Data.
3/ Click OK.
