You can access the Item Validation Settings in the Control Panel to manage the list of item fields that will trigger a validation error when added to a project.

The purpose of this is to alert you about potential mistakes.

To access the Project Status setting, click the following icon:

This will open the following form.

The General tab has options related to pricing.

The Custom Fields tab allows you to select any Custom fields to include for item validation. If the Custom Field is null, these trigger.

*For Boolean-type Custom fields, you can choose whether to trigger a validation error when the checkbox is ticked or not.
