Once you have finalized the quote with the customer, you will need to approve it in the Mobile Quote app so that it is synced in SI and a project is created for the quote in SI.
Quote Summary
To view the quote summary, tap the Summary button at the bottom. You will see the equipment vs. labor breakdown by the rooms and systems relevant to the equipment in the quote.
To see the summary by rooms or systems, click the By Room button or the By System button at the top-right corner.
Quote Settings
Before approving the quote, if you want to change the details of the quote, tap Quote Settings at the top-right corner.
Here, you have the option to change the meeting objective, tax, budget, price/quality level, and other details of the quote.
If you want to change the email template used to send the quote to the customer, tap Edit Email Template, and you will see the current template.
Here, you can change the body of the email and even add data tags that automatically add certain details of the quote to the body.
Once you edit the email template, the updated template will be used for all future quotes you email from the Mobile Quote app.
Tap Done to return to the Quote Settings screen, and tap Done on the Quote Settings screen to return to the Quote Summary screen.
Quote Approval
When you are ready to approve the quote, tap Approve Quote on the Quote Summary screen.
This will show the options to add your signature, approve the quote, and send it to the customer as a PDF via email. The email body will be constructed using the email template.
