How to set the preferences to use Time Sheets

You can access the Time Sheet Settings in the Control Panel to set the preferences for the Time Sheets functionality.

To access the Time Sheet Settings, click the following icon.

This will display the following form.

  • Overtime Multiplier - This will be used to multiply the Resource's Burdened Labor Cost when there are time entries for overtime.

  • Enable sub-labor types - If you set this to Yes, the time entries for the sub-labor types can be entered individually, and the sub-labor is displayed in the Job Cost and Labor Utilization reports. By default, "Install" is considered the Base and Miscellaneous labor, but you can break these out individually by unticking the option, as shown below.

  • Include miscellaneous hours with install hours - By default, this is checked. You can check or uncheck this if you set the Enable sub-labor types option to Yes.
