You can access the Currency Settings in the Control Panel to enable multiple currencies and set the default currency for your business transactions.
To access the Currency Settings, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
Consider the following before you update Currency Settings:
By default, SI will use the currency format set under the native Clock and Region settings in Windows to display costs and prices on reports.
You don't have to update Currency Settings if you don't want to run reports in any foreign currency.
If you want to run reports in foreign currencies, you should set the default currency here and then add the foreign currencies under the Currencies setting.
Once you set a default currency, you cannot change it.
1/ Select Enable Multiple Currencies.
2/ Choose the name of the default currency, and the code will automatically populate.
3/ Choose the culture, and a sample format will be displayed.
4/ Click Save.
You will be strongly warned that you cannot disable this setting once you enable it.
5/ Click Yes, and you will be prompted to disconnect and reconnect to the SI Server. Many interfaces will now be changed to accommodate multiple currencies.
