You can access the Currencies setting in the Control Panel to add and manage multiple currencies and generate reports in multiple currency formats.
Without this setting, reports can only be generated using the currency format set in Windows's native Clock and Region settings.
To add and manage multiple currencies, you should have enabled multiple currencies under Currency Settings in the Control Panel.
To access the Currencies setting, click the following icon.
This will open the following form.
Add and Manage New Currencies
You can add as many new currencies as you would like to.
To add a new currency:
1/ Click New.
2/ Choose a name and code; the rate will automatically populate.
3/ Choose a culture and a sample format will be displayed.

Update Currency Rates
Once you've added your desired currency, you will need to decide how often you want to update the rate.
If you select the Allow Rate Editing option, you can manually enter the desired rate directly into the grid.
When you click the Update Rates button, a rate lookup occurs, and we will display any rate differences for your currencies.
Using Currencies in Reports
