You can explore the Approved Project Required Fields settings in the Control Panel to set the project fields required before approving a Project.
To access the Approved Project Required Fields settings, click the following icon.
This will open a form. You can use the various tabs to select all the required fields before a project can be approved.
General Tab
You can select the fields that should be mandatorily entered before approving projects.
Contact Tab
Select the Primary Contact field if you want it to be mandatorily entered before approving projects.
Address Tab
Select the Address fields that you want to be mandatorily entered before approving projects.
Custom Fields
Here, you will see all the Project Custom Fields you have defined in the Control Panel.
You can select the ones that should be mandatorily entered before approving projects.
