ConnectWise Sell (formerly known as Quosal) is an application for proposal creation. The integration between SI and ConnectWise Sell allows customers to push SI project data to ConnectWise Sell to streamline the quoting process and eliminate double data entry.
You will need to know a few things before using this integration.
If you want to use this integration, email api@d-toolshelp.com requesting access to this particular integration, and we will enable it for you.
You will need to use the custom report provided by D-Tools and run/generate this report to extract project data. You will then need to import the generated report to ConnectWise Sell.
You will need a ConnectWise Sell account to view the SI project data in ConnectWise Sell.
ConnectWise Sell Report
We will provide the custom report for ConnectWise Sell when you request access to the integration. The report is built based on the following requirements.

The report can be modified to meet your current utilization of Product and Labor custom fields. A development fee may be applicable if you want us to modify the report.
Import ConnectWise Sell Report
Do the following to import the custom report for ConnectWise Sell that we provide when you request access to the integration.
1/ In SI, go to Start > Reports, then open Manage Reports.
2/ In the Report Explorer, click on Import > File.
3/ Import the ConnectWise Sell report you downloaded in step 2.
The ConnectWise Sell report is now part of your SI reports.
You can click Export > Server to export this report to the server and share it with other users.
Export Projects
To export the data of an SI project, you will need to run the ConnectWise Sell report for the project, save it as a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file, and import the CSV file into ConnectWise Sell.
1/ In SI, go to Project Explorer, select the project whose data you wish to export, click Run Reports in the Reports tab, then click Client.
This will open a window showing all of your Client reports.
2/ Click on the ConnectWise Sell Export node and click Run.
A new window will open up showing the report.
3/ Click the Export to CSV icon in the Report Viewer.
The report is downloaded as a CSV file and will open in Microsoft Excel.
4/ You can now import the CSV file into ConnectWise Sell from the ConnectWise Sell interface.
