SI's Mobile Install (MI) functionality enables users to publish install tasks and service orders. Installers and technicians can access the portal to track installation time and completion status, upload images, add site items, and more.

The data updated by the installers and technicians synchronizes back to SI for accurate time and install tracking.

The installers and technicians can use the MI functionality in one of two ways:
