There are multiple functions for managing your SI projects.

The Check In and Check Out features are the most critical to understand when managing your SI projects.

The Get Latest Version feature will copy the most current project files from your SI Server. This option is only active if someone else has updated the project files since you last checked them out onto your machine.

Checking out a project will automatically copy the latest version of the files to your machine, but this function can also be used if you don't wish to check out the project.

The History feature displays the check-in and check-out history for a project. When you select a row in the project history section, any changed fields will be displayed in the Changed Fields section.

You can export this list to PDF or Excel.

Additional files are linked to Visio and AutoCAD drawings created within SI. They can also be any files you wish to add to the Project folder, such as .pdf, .docx, and .xlsx. You can also add Mobile Install documents to a selected Project's folder.

You can lock and unlock projects and project reports. When a project is locked, it becomes read-only, and if project reports are locked, you will be unable to generate reports for the project.
